The natural “next step” for our academy program is the SPA Racing Team. Named, in part, after the legendary Spa-Francorchamps race track, we bring a performance mentality to racing via cutting edge techniques and a deep understanding of the science behind good performances. This Junior / U23 focused program is meant for riders looking to compete at Regional and National level events and Championships. We’re starting off with MTB and Cyclocross focused programs for 2026, but always welcome riders to race across the spectrum of this amazing sport. It is built on the foundations of the Sterling ‘Cross program that ran in Northern California from 2008 – 2013 and is modeled after both the USA Cycling Talent ID Camps and my previous JUNIOR ACADEMY and ELITE program. We/I have a solid history of success in Road, MTB, Cyclocross, and Gravel. In the last 12 months our riders won 3 National Championships, and the Ultra-Prestigious Non-Championship CX Team Relay – which was the coolest of ’em all! To that we add over a dozen Colorado State Championships between 2022 – 2025, a couple dozen more California State Championships since 2016, and a few National Titles along the way and it’s easy to see that we have been in the business of winning since 2004!
