Well we don't do swim wear, but we do have a sweet
collection of new for you in '07. We will be hosting
our first ever Mini-Camps during January, February,
and March. These 2.5 day blocks are designed to
give racers and recreational riders alike a solid
foundation in both fitness and planning. We are also
linking up with the gang at trainwithpower.com and
Hunter Allen for a Spring Power Camp that coincides
with the 2nd Annual Tour of California in late February
(see below for more details!). On the service side we
will be looking for a couple of talented and focused
coaches to bring into the fold, as well as developing
a Performance Nutrition Program that includes one-
on-one work with our own Nutritionist!
My current project is to standardize the language
and terminology used in our training programs.
Though this may seem unimportant it is really where
the "rubber meets the road" for our athletes. We
want to have the most accurate, effective and
highly regarded training plans in the industry and
improving our day to day communication is a great
place to start!

We are excited to invite you to join us for the
ThresholdPower.com - Power Training Camp February
19 - 24th in Solvang, CA. Led by Power Training guru
Hunter Allen this full service camp includes tons of
great riding, the chance to see the Time Trial Stage
of the 2007 Tour of California, and full access to an
Ergomo Pro Power System!
The daily camp itinerary includes 2-5 hours of riding,
an afternoon lecture and evening in-depth analysis of
that days riding. The camp soigneur and mechanic
will be in follow vehicles to keep you
and your ride running smoothly. Among the focus
areas for the camp are time trialing, power profiling,
sprinting, and climbing (of course!). On Thursday
we'll augment the camp by watching the Tour of
California Time Trial - 14.5 miles of SPEED!
The Royal Scandanavian Inn will be home base for
the riders and staff during camp. Known as a
premiere destination in the region, The Royal
Scandanavian will
provide the daily continental breakfast and catered
dinners. Lunch will be out on the road "Euro-Style!"
All this and more for the double-occupancy cost of
$2275 I encourage those of you who are both
serious about your 2007 campaign, and interested in
furthering you knowledge of training with power to
join us for a week to remember.

Video may have killed the radio star, but it sure is a
great way to relive some of cycling's finer moments!
That's right, we've added a channel on YouTube to
the mix. Stop by and see some of my favorite
moments from the past couple of decades of cycling.
In addition we'll be making and posting a variety of
videos to the site this year. Among the items we're
considering: Rider Profiles, Race/Team Summaries,
Tactical Racing Strategies, and Weight Training
Technique clips. If you have a short (1-
5minutes) clip you'd like us to consider..send it along
and we'll take a look!
